1. Our Commitment

Keslaly is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. We do not knowingly host, publish, or distribute content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

All practice questions on Keslaly are intended to be independently written, original content. We work with third-party contributors and do not knowingly reproduce official exam questions, syllabi, lecture slides, or other copyrighted materials from any educational institution.

2. Report Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on Keslaly infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on Keslaly where the allegedly infringing content is located
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

We take all claims seriously and aim to resolve valid complaints within 48–72 hours. Content will be removed or disabled during the investigation period.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local federal court (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Keslaly may be found)
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Keslaly maintains a policy of terminating relationships with content providers, contributors, or users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. This policy is enforced at our sole discretion and is a condition of using our platform.

6. Third-Party Contributors

Keslaly works with third-party contributors to create educational content. All contributors are required to warrant that their content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights. However, Keslaly cannot guarantee the originality of all content and relies on this policy to address any issues that arise.

7. Trademark Notice

All college, university, certification, and exam names referenced on Keslaly are trademarks of their respective owners. Keslaly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any educational institution, testing organization, or certification board. Our use of these names is solely for the purpose of identifying the courses and exams our practice content is designed to help students prepare for.

8. Good Faith & Limitations

Keslaly acts in good faith to prevent and address copyright infringement. However, we cannot guarantee that all content on our platform is free from infringement. We rely on rights holders to notify us of any concerns so we can take appropriate action.

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claims are accurate before submitting.
