Click the "Get Started" or "Sign In" button on any page. You can create an account using your email address or sign in with Google. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in form.

After purchasing, sign in to your account and navigate to "My Tests" in your dashboard. All your active subscriptions and purchased test banks will be listed there. If a test is not showing, please email us with your order details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

We offer free sample questions so you can evaluate our content before purchasing. Once a purchase is made, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we'll work to resolve it. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Subscription duration depends on the plan you choose — we offer 15-day, 30-day, and 60-day access options for most tests. Your access begins immediately upon purchase and expires at the end of your selected period. You can view your remaining time in your account dashboard.
